Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using standardized protocols
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate records for compliance and traceability
- Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, HACCP, and company-specific quality standards
- Participate in supplier quality audits and vendor qualification processes
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for quality systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing quality assurance
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Experience with quality documentation systems and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) is advantageous
