Avalon Innovative Recycling is seeking a dedicated QC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual inspections and functional testing of finished products
- Document quality control results using standardized forms and digital systems
- Identify and report non-conforming products to production supervisors
- Perform sampling procedures for laboratory testing and analysis
- Verify packaging specifications and labeling accuracy
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of measurement equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing quality control
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and production processes
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for quality control software
