Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Process Group Leader to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within our plastic injection molding and fabrication lines. You will lead a team of QC inspectors to ensure all products meet our stringent quality standards, minimize manufacturing waste, and maintain seamless production workflows.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in continuous improvement initiatives, performing root cause analysis on production defects, and enforcing safety and quality protocols across the factory floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors to ensure daily production targets are met with high quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze plastic molding process parameters to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and prevent defects.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) on non-conforming products and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality reports and documentation to ensure full traceability and compliance with internal quality management systems.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce material scrap rates.
- Ensure all team members comply with workplace safety regulations and quality SOPs at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control or Process Engineering role within a plastic manufacturing environment.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Material Science).
- In-depth knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.
- Proficiency in quality management tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a production-floor team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
