Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion and garment manufacturing? PT Motel Rocks Bali is seeking a dedicated QC/QA Garment Staff to join our growing production team in Bali. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high-quality standards by ensuring every garment meets our brand specifications from the initial sample stage through to final production output.
You will work closely with the production and design teams to interpret technical packs, conduct thorough inspections, and enforce quality control protocols. The ideal candidate has an eye for precision, a deep understanding of garment construction, and a commitment to excellence in every stitch. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of tech packs to ensure alignment with production samples.
- Perform on-site quality checks during the production process to identify defects early.
- Inspect raw materials, fabrics, and trims for quality compliance before processing.
- Evaluate finished garment production output against established quality standards and brand specifications.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and provide feedback to production teams for process improvement.
- Ensure that all garments meet sewing, measurement, and finishing requirements.
- Manage the rejection and rework process efficiently to minimize production delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QC/QA within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric properties.
- Ability to accurately interpret technical packs, patterns, and measurement charts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects in fabric or assembly.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools (tape measures, rulers) and standard inspection equipment.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
