Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development of innovative water-based adhesive formulations.
- Perform comprehensive quality control testing and analysis on raw materials and finished goods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to adhesive performance and viscosity.
- Document test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless implementation of new formulations.
- Monitor and analyze competitor products to identify market trends and quality gaps.
- Ensure all laboratory operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in R&D or Quality Control within the adhesive or chemical industry.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of polymer chemistry and water-based resin systems.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, statistical tools).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to shift schedules.
