Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality control inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop and refine new product formulations and manufacturing processes in the R&D laboratory.
- Analyze and document test results, providing detailed reports to the production management team.
- Perform troubleshooting on production issues and identify root causes for quality deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-effective production methods.
- Manage laboratory equipment maintenance and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices related to quality assurance and manufacturing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Research & Development role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques, data analysis, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of ISO standards, GMP, or other relevant manufacturing quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to start work immediately and adapt quickly to new operational workflows.
