Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the quality control processes for all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the QC team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects or non-compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement corrective or preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Manage laboratory testing equipment and ensure accurate documentation of all quality reports.
- Ensure that all products meet company and international safety/quality benchmarks before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train subordinates.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and data.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willing to be based in Bandung Barat and work under a full-time schedule.
