Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of manufactured products according to established standards and specifications
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturers to resolve quality issues
- Document quality control findings and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Identify and report potential quality concerns or deviations from standards
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and product inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in quality control within manufacturing or logistics industry
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and product requirements
- Experience using quality control tools and equipment
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
