In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of excellence by ensuring that every electronic component and finished product meets our rigorous quality benchmarks before reaching our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic components and assemblies.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document quality findings, generate detailed inspection reports, and maintain accurate records in the QC database.
- Identify, segregate, and escalate non-conforming materials or products to the production lead.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defect rates.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing tools and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Quality Control, specifically within an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools (e.g., calipers, multimeters, microscopes) and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying micro-level defects.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for report generation and data tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards or similar quality management systems is highly preferred.
