Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document and analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and other regulatory standards
- Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment according to schedules
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Implement quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Certification in ISO 9001 or GMP standards preferred
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment operation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) software
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
