Are you a detail-oriented Quality Control professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated QC Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Batam Kota. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to the highest industry standards.
As the QC Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of inspectors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain rigorous documentation protocols. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality management systems (QMS).
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure product compliance with internal and external specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the QC team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement robust inspection plans, including incoming, in-process, and final quality control audits.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and lead root cause analysis (RCA) to drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, training records, and calibration logs to ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and KPIs to identify trends and improve overall process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and using precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
