As our QC Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between technical production requirements and team execution. You will lead quality inspections from the arrival of raw materials to the final shipment. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be crucial in coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to maintain global quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final product evaluation.
- Interpret technical specifications and ensure they are strictly adhered to throughout the production cycle.
- Lead and mentor the quality inspection team to drive performance and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking technical partners or management regarding quality assurance reports.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for quality discrepancies and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality logs, inspection reports, and audit trails.
- Continuously improve QC workflows to reduce waste and optimize production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a QC Supervisor or Quality Assurance lead in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards) and statistical process control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting software.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Mojokerto, East Java.
