Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the quality control team to ensure daily inspection targets are met.
- Monitor the quality of Finished Goods (FG) to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous quality control SOPs across the production line.
- Conduct regular audits and root-cause analysis for any product non-conformity.
- Manage the documentation of quality reports and provide actionable data to the Production Manager.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance schedules for testing equipment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP.
- Proficiency in statistical quality control tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators/inspectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a shift pattern if required and located in Cibitung.
