Indospec Asia is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to drive our commitment to excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and monitor comprehensive QHSE systems that align with international standards and Indonesian regulations. You'll lead proactive safety initiatives, conduct rigorous risk assessments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all operational areas. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Lead incident investigation processes, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections to identify hazards
- Coordinate emergency response plans and crisis management protocols
- Manage QHSE training programs and promote safety culture among employees
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and waste management protocols
- Prepare comprehensive QHSE reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of QHSE management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Professional certifications in QHSE (ISO Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations and environmental standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Proven experience leading cross-functional safety initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
