Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our client's team in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental framework, ensuring that all operations meet international standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
As the QHSE Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the organization through audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision manufacturing, a deep understanding of ISO standards, and the leadership capability to mentor teams toward zero-harm targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis for safety incidents and quality defects, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all levels of the workforce.
- Manage environmental compliance, including waste management, emission controls, and sustainability reporting.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate safety and quality standards into new manufacturing processes.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, KPI tracking, and management reviews to drive organizational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a QHSE leadership role within the manufacturing or precision engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HSE regulations, and international standards (ISO series).
- Proven track record in managing internal and external audits and dealing with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certified in K3 (Ahli K3 Umum/Konstruksi/Industri) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing.
