Join PT BizLink Technology Indonesia as a QMS Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence. In this critical position, you will oversee the entire Quality Management System (QMS) lifecycle, ensuring all documentation aligns with international standards. Your expertise will drive compliance, streamline processes, and prepare our operations for rigorous audits. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, mitigate risks, and enhance product quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant quality documentation systems
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits
- Establish quality control procedures for manufacturing and logistics operations
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes
- Train staff on quality management standards and procedures
- Analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure regulatory compliance for international market requirements
- Document and maintain records of all quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QMS experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification preferred
- Proficiency in QMS software and document management systems
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAPA and non-conformance reporting
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
