We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Quality and Regulatory Manager to join our team in Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards and ensure full compliance with national regulatory bodies. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of quality assurance and control, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest safety, quality, and halal standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BPOM regulations, HACCP, and ISO standards. You will lead internal and external audits, manage regulatory filings, and collaborate closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all production lines.
- Ensure full compliance with BPOM regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry standards.
- Manage the end-to-end Halal Assurance System and coordinate with relevant certification bodies.
- Lead and facilitate internal and third-party audits to maintain certifications and identify process improvements.
- Oversee QC/QA laboratory operations and personnel to ensure rigorous testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage regulatory documentation, product registrations, and permit renewals in a timely manner.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC management within the manufacturing industry.
- Expert knowledge of BPOM regulatory requirements and Indonesian Halal certification processes.
- Proven track record in managing ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 22000) and HACCP/FSSC systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
