In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards by developing, implementing, and overseeing management systems that drive efficiency and compliance across our manufacturing and logistics operations.
As the guardian of our internal SOPs, you will bridge the gap between process design and daily execution. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying process gaps, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively and on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular internal audits and quality inspections to verify adherence to established management systems.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and track the progress of quality improvement projects, ensuring all follow-ups are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on system performance and quality metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and industry-specific certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance or Management System roles, preferably within the Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in document control systems and process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and a disciplined approach to task management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
