Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive supplier audits to ensure full compliance with internal quality, safety, and Halal standards.
- Develop and maintain robust Quality Assurance SOPs to mitigate food safety risks across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor supplier performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers regarding quality documentation, testing procedures, and regulatory updates.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management to drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal assurance systems (SJPH).
- Proven track record of conducting successful supplier audits and managing vendor compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality-related issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
