Sinar Meadow International Indonesia is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering excellence in food production. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur.
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every product, process, and system consistently meets our rigorous internal quality benchmarks, food safety regulations, and customer specifications. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage compliance audits, and foster a culture of excellence across the manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of food safety management systems and a passion for operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure consistent product excellence.
- Lead and mentor the QA team to monitor production lines and verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Oversee regular internal and external audits to identify areas for process optimization and risk mitigation.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to report trends and implement corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the Production and R&D teams to streamline processes and resolve quality-related bottlenecks.
- Manage customer feedback and technical inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels and continuous product improvement.
- Ensure all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet food safety regulations and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal certification requirements.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven quality reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong technical writing capabilities.
