Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily QA/QC operations to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the quality control team members.
- Monitor raw material quality, in-process production lines, and finished goods testing.
- Implement and maintain rigorous food safety documentation and traceability protocols.
- Conduct regular internal audits and address non-conformity issues with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to minimize waste and optimize process efficiency.
- Stay updated with national and international food regulation updates and standard certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal assurance systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across different departments.
