Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the quality assurance team, establishing clear performance metrics and professional development plans
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO and other relevant standards
- Oversee all quality control processes, including incoming inspection, in-process verification, and final product testing
- Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external certification audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions
- Stay current with industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and regulatory requirements
- Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in industries related to Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in quality management software and statistical process control methodologies
