Are you passionate about the future of mobility? We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Intern to join our manufacturing team in Cikupa. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
As an intern, you will work closely with our quality engineering team to ensure our production processes meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will be exposed to modern manufacturing workflows, quality control methodologies, and the technical intricacies of EV components. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You will play a critical role in supporting the quality lifecycle, from initial inspection to final process auditing. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems across EV production lines.
- Perform regular inspections of incoming materials and finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, defects, or areas for process improvement.
- Support the quality team in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for any non-conformance issues.
- Document quality inspection results and maintain organized records in accordance with ISO standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss process optimization and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and environmental regulations in the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector and sustainable manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or schematics is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Available for an internship duration of 3-6 months in Cikupa, Banten.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) is preferred but not required.
