We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Kosmetik & Skincare professional to join PT Glow Industri Herbal Care. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy. You will be responsible for the entire quality lifecycle, from developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensuring strict adherence to Halal regulations.
Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining Critical Process Boundaries (CPB) and managing production complaints. By rigorously testing our products and coordinating with the production team, you will guarantee compliance with CKPB standards, ensuring our brand reputation remains unmatched in the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop Quality Protocols: Create, maintain, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent production quality.
- Process Monitoring: Establish and monitor Critical Process Boundaries (CPB) to ensure optimal manufacturing conditions.
- Quality Testing: Conduct rigorous product testing and inspections to verify compliance with internal and external specifications.
- Complaint Management: Investigate and analyze production complaints or deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Halal Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes and raw materials strictly adhere to Halal certification requirements and standards.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed quality reports, batch records, and audit documentation for regulatory review.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and drive process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Halal certification principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CKPB (Critical Quality Process Boundaries) and quality management systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot quality issues and manage risk.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
