Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Kino Indonesia is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Maklon Supervisor to join our growing team in Lampung. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that all third-party manufacturing (maklon) processes align with our stringent company standards, quality benchmarks, and industry regulations.
As our QA Maklon Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between Kino Indonesia and our manufacturing partners. You will oversee quality control protocols, conduct regular facility audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure that every product reaching our consumers meets the highest levels of safety, efficacy, and consistency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance of third-party manufacturing partners (maklon).
- Conduct regular quality audits and facility inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and Production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Supervise the inspection of incoming raw materials and finished goods from maklon partners.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to BPOM regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Experience in managing third-party manufacturing relationships is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Willingness to travel as required for facility inspections.
