Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the commissary facility to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead the quality control team in monitoring production processes, from raw material inspection to finished goods release.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor quality and perform audits on raw material suppliers to maintain high ingredient standards.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot process issues and ensure product consistency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff regarding food hygiene, safety protocols, and quality consciousness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing or commissary industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in internal and external quality audits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable reports.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of training and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
