Tanggung Jawab
- Coach and mentor branch associates on technical skills, compliance protocols, and customer service excellence
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct branch audits and compliance monitoring to identify improvement areas
- Design and deliver training modules focusing on control consciousness and risk management
- Analyze performance data to develop targeted development plans for staff
- Collaborate with department heads to align quality initiatives with business goals
- Document quality processes and maintain compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance, training, or banking operations
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Ability to analyze complex processes and implement solutions
