Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous in-process inspections and tests on molded products to ensure adherence to specified quality standards and engineering drawings.
- Monitor molding machine parameters, operational procedures, and material inputs to detect and report any deviations.
- Utilize various measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) accurately to assess product dimensions and characteristics.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products or processes immediately to the production supervisor and QA team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inspection data, test results, and quality control activities.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to understand manufacturing processes and provide immediate feedback on quality issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of defects, contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality management system procedures (e.g., ISO standards).
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably within a molding or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with various types of molding processes (e.g., injection molding, compression molding) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications.
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques and experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify visual defects and possess keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) concepts.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
