Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate bug tracking systems, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure that defects are resolved without introducing new issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks (if applicable).
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on usability, performance, and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Tester.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with various testing types (functional, regression, performance, security, etc.).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation and API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an Agile development environment.
