Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant aerospace/precision manufacturing standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits (internal and supplier), and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Investigate and resolve non-conformances, implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D or FMEA.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements into product design and manufacturing processes from early stages.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage and control quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, quality manuals, and compliance records.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the aerospace, precision engineering, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience with quality management systems, specifically AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Lean Six Sigma).
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) or Internal Auditor (AS9100/ISO 9001) is a significant advantage.
