Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about engineering excellence? Harfia Construction Machinery is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every piece of construction machinery that leaves our facility meets the highest levels of quality, safety, and operational performance.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our compliance with ISO and SNI standards. If you have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and a relentless drive for continuous improvement, we want you on our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality lifecycle, from incoming raw materials to the final product testing phase.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO and SNI standards.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify gaps and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished construction machinery.
- Manage the documentation of quality reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective action plans (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate staff training on quality standards and safety procedures to maintain a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and SNI certification requirements.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and quality control tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based in Cikande, Banten.
