In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that every piece of furniture that leaves our facility meets our premium quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final furniture products.
- Implement and monitor QC protocols to identify defects in production and assembly.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve manufacturing issues and improve workmanship.
- Maintain accurate quality reports and documentation for every production batch.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and ISO manufacturing guidelines.
- Manage the rejection and rework process to minimize material wastage.
- Analyze customer feedback and quality trends to suggest process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School/Vocational Diploma (SMK/D3) in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically within the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Deep understanding of furniture construction, materials (wood, fabric, hardware), and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools for reporting (Microsoft Office).
- Able to work full-time based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
