Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive visual and physical inspections of finished products
- Document inspection results accurately using standardized quality forms
- Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective action procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols and safety standards
- Perform basic product testing according to established specifications
- Maintain detailed quality records and inspection documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Knowledge of ISO standards or similar quality frameworks is advantageous
