Join Megatama Citra Dynamics as a Quality Assurance Specialist and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our animal health products. We seek a meticulous professional to ensure our quality management systems, documentation, and production processes strictly adhere to CPOHB (Cara Pembuatan Obat Hewan) standards and applicable regulations. You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding the highest quality benchmarks for veterinary pharmaceuticals. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce quality systems compliance with CPOHB and national regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and documentation
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and SOPs
- Investigate product deviations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare quality reports and regulatory submissions
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in QA within pharmaceutical or animal health industry
- Deep knowledge of CPOHB regulations and quality standards
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
