- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for fraud detection systems and transaction monitoring platforms
- Analyze transaction patterns to identify anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities
- Develop quality assurance frameworks ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fraud prevention system enhancements
- Document test results, fraud incidents, and system vulnerabilities for audit trails
- Monitor transaction monitoring performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify emerging fraud trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in QA, fraud detection, or transaction monitoring roles
- Proficiency in SQL and database analysis for transaction pattern review
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC regulations
- Experience with fraud detection tools like SAS, Oracle, or custom solutions
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Fraud Investigation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
