Join MAS Holdings, a global leader in apparel and textile manufacturing, as a Quality Assurance Specialist in our Kendal facility. This critical role ensures product excellence by conducting rigorous fabric inspections and comprehensive lab testing to verify material quality and compliance with international standards. You'll be the guardian of quality, preventing defects before they impact production schedules and customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed fabric inspections for defects, color variations, and dimensional accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive lab tests including tensile strength, colorfastness, and shrinkage analysis
- Document inspection results and generate quality reports using digital systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of lab equipment
- Ensure compliance with AATCC, ISO, and internal quality standards
- Train junior staff on inspection protocols and quality control procedures
- Participate in supplier quality audits and material certifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in textile lab testing and fabric inspection
- Proficiency in AATCC/ISO testing methods and quality standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic details
- Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Ability to operate lab equipment (tensile tester, spectrophotometer, etc.)
- Excellent documentation and report writing abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
