Muliaoffset Packindo is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Staff to join our growing team in Semarang. In this role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality requirements and exceeds customer expectations.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes, from raw material inspection to the final packaging stage. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify defects.
- Perform regular audits of the production line to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Document quality issues, prepare detailed inspection reports, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy of results.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all products meet client specifications and regulatory requirements before release.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices (ISO standards are a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
