Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Document all quality checks, deviations, and non-conformities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all processes strictly comply with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant food safety certifications.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest improvements to manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct equipment calibration and maintenance checks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance Systems).
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment and quality analysis software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and based in Kabupaten Semarang.
