Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and maintain HACCP protocols and food safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
- Document quality control activities and prepare compliance reports
- Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Audit suppliers for quality compliance and certification
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or food safety management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations (BPOM, HALAL)
- Proficient in quality documentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
