Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of quality control data and reporting any quality deviations or defects to management immediately.
- Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, ISO quality standards, and food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Collaborating closely with the production team to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Training and guiding production staff on quality standards, proper handling procedures, and the importance of hygiene.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles, GMP, and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
