Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify defects.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with production and logistics departments to optimize workflow and minimize non-conformance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality procedures and safety protocols (if applying for Section Chief level).
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant field).
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and supervise team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Willingness to be based in the Tanjung Priok area and work in a fast-paced environment.
