Agrinesia is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across the production floor.
The successful candidate will lead a team of QA inspectors, implement rigorous testing protocols, and collaborate with production managers to minimize waste while maximizing output quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement robust quality control inspection plans for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-conformities and facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and food safety certifications (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to staff regarding quality standards, safety procedures, and testing equipment usage.
- Work closely with the production department to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical quality data.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and fostering a culture of quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
