Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure all products meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and maintain Food Safety Management Systems including HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA technicians and laboratory staff to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Conduct regular internal audits and act as a key liaison during external and third-party certification audits.
- Manage laboratory testing protocols for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Investigate quality deviations and implement effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the food and beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal SJPH).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a technical team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technical reporting.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Barat.
