Hamana Works Indonesia is seeking a proactive and skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Tegal. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality excellence, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance.
As our QA Supervisor, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management Systems, specifically focusing on ISO 9001 standards. You will bridge the gap between production efficiency and quality compliance, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) across all production lines.
- Supervise the QA team to ensure rigorous inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process optimization.
- Lead internal audits and support external certification audits to ensure 100% compliance.
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) effectively.
- Collaborate with the Production and Engineering departments to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Provide regular training to staff on quality standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Strong proficiency in quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production-floor team.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Willingness to be based in Tegal, Jawa Tengah.
