Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality control inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory (BPOM) requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality deviations.
- Conduct regular GMP audits and provide training to production staff on quality protocols.
- Manage the quality assurance laboratory team and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Monitor sanitation and hygiene standards across the facility to maintain optimal food safety levels.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and trend analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control supervisory role within the F&B manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management software.
