Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily QA operations and implement food safety management systems
- Lead quality control teams and conduct product/process audits
- Develop/maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP standards
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate supplier qualification and raw material inspections
- Train staff on quality protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs and report quality metrics to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 3 years QA experience in F&B manufacturing
- HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000 standards
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience leading QA teams and process improvement projects
- Familiarity with Indonesian food safety regulations (BPOM, HALAL)
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
