Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished specialty polymer products to ensure adherence to specified standards.
- Execute precise color matching using spectrophotometers and visual assessment techniques, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product batches.
- Actively support Research & Development (R&D) projects, including preparing samples, conducting experiments, and documenting findings for new product development and existing product enhancements.
- Utilize SAP for accurate data entry, inventory management of lab consumables, and generating quality-related reports.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are in optimal working condition for reliable testing.
- Document all quality control activities, test results, and deviations meticulously, preparing comprehensive reports for management and R&D teams.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001) requirements.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control laboratory within the manufacturing sector, preferably in polymers, coatings, or specialty chemicals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in color matching techniques and experience operating color measurement instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers).
- Familiarity with basic R&D laboratory procedures and experience in supporting product development activities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP for data entry, material management, or quality module (QM) functionalities is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to work and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
