Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous visual and dimensional inspections of assembly parts to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Validate production equipment and testing tools daily to ensure accuracy and operational safety.
- Perform comprehensive monitoring of supplier quality, ensuring all incoming materials meet MMKI standards.
- Document and report daily production quality findings, escalating non-conforming items immediately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to support new model development through rigorous prototype testing and feedback.
- Execute root-cause analysis for quality defects and recommend actionable process improvements.
- Maintain 5S standards within the inspection area to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Strong understanding of measuring tools (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and quality inspection manuals.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and based at our Cikarang facility.
