Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections at all production stages (raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing)
- Implement and maintain quality control standards aligned with ISO and company specifications
- Document quality issues and collaborate with production teams for immediate resolution
- Perform textile testing for durability, colorfastness, and material compliance
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Manage quality documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality consistency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in apparel quality control or production management
- Strong knowledge of textile properties, garment construction, and QC methodologies
- Proficiency in quality control tools and measurement instruments
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textiles, or related field preferred
