Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and monitor warehouse and customer KPI indicators to ensure operational excellence
- Conduct regular quality audits across various logistics and delivery processes
- Identify trends in performance data and recommend improvements to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking clients to address quality concerns and gather feedback
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reporting systems
- Train warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Experience working in the logistics or transportation industry preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
